QuestionsFH provides QR-enabled memorial pages that allow funeral homes
to share structured resources and receive visitor requests.

2. Acceptable Use

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with system security

3. SMS Consent & Usage

When you voluntarily provide your mobile number and select request options,
you expressly consent to receive SMS/text replies regarding those selections.

• Messages are transactional only
• No marketing messages are sent
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP
• Standard carrier rates may apply
